Sunderland Dance is an Award Winning Community Interest Company which provides creativity to local communities, and much needed programmes in dance and fitness.

We are dedicated to bringing dance to everyone.

It is our mission to promote healthy lifestyle choices through dance and movement to encourage people to become fitter, healthier, motivated and inspired.

We aim for all of our classes to bring a feeling of well-being and happiness to all participants.
